On trying to turn MS Security Centre on - the message "Security centre cannot be started" displayed. When Microsoft Safety Scanner was run the following visus dedtected but not removed "backdoor:win32/kelihos.F". On running search on ".exe" and ".f"

the following file dispalyed "a43vtzgbdgv" How can I remove the malware and turn MS Security essential on?
