Can I remove the "Default.migrated" folder?

Hi,

I have realized that, after upgrading my W7 to W8, a new folder called "Default.migrated" has appeared in the C:Users path

The question is:

Can I remove this "Default.migrated" folder safely? (as I have already done with Windows.old and

$WINDOWS.~BT folders)
