Will MSE remove Snap Do virus?

My parent's computer has the Snap Do virus. I just uninstalled their Norton and installed MSE and ran the first scan, but it did not detect anything. What is my next step to removing this virus and any other problems that may be associated with it. I understand

that it can open a hole through which hackers can gain access to their computer.

 

I'm not sure what other information you need, but I know Snap Do is showing up only in Chrome.
