On my new all-in-one PC "Asus", I installed Google Chrome. This required a long work... I had to re-install it dozens of times because the version compatible with Windows 8 wouldn't work at all... or worked unbearably slow. Eventually, I managed to do

it, but the Google Chrome now opens only via the malicious "searchnu/406' which somehow got through Kasperski anti-viral defense that was installed by the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Please, advise how I can get rid of this thing,   "searchnu/406', if I can do it myself, or shall I get to the Geek people?

Thanks, Konstantin.
