How do I remove win32.backdoor.hupigon from my computer?

I get a message from my internet provider that I have backdoor hupigon on my computer. My spyware program and virus scanner won't remove it. The microsoft malicious scan will not pick it up either. I am a homeuser with some computer skills. Please help.
