I use the world "possible" because they are not available yet on Windows

Update.

* Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB941651)

This is a reliability update. Install this update to improve the reliability

of Windows Media Player 11 for Windows Vista in certain scenarios.

* Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB941600)

This update resolves some reliability issues in the USB core components on

the Windows Vista operating system.

* Cumulative Update for Media Center for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems

(KB941229)

This update addresses issues with Media Center for Microsoft Vista. For

complete listing of issues included in this cumulative update, see KB941229.

After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.

* Update for Windows Vista for x64-based Systems (KB941649)

This update resolves some compatibility and reliability issues in Windows

Vista. By applying this update, you can achieve better reliability and

hardware compatibility in various scenarios.

The most promising one is the last one.

If you take a look at the KB (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941649/en-us)

you will see what I mean and will feel urged to download and install it

(already done so)

Re: 4 possible updates for Vista x64

I've had KB941651, KB941229 and KB941649 installed for a week and noticed an

improvement from the start.
