I can not remove the subject.

The program detected a program that tried to sell me something. I told it to revove it, which it did, but told me to restart the computer first. I did and everytime I go to the computer to check my emails, it tells me again that the same program is still

there and ask me to remove it. Again, I have to restart the computer and the cycle continues.
