Error Message from Event Viewer:

 

".NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.3082 - CLR: Fatal Execution Engine Error (000006427FA540BD) (80131506)"

 

Below link which we got while searching

However, I am trying to search KB963676 (provided on the link) however unable to find the setup for the same for XP 64-bit version I have 32 bit setup however that is not serving the purpose. 

 

Kindly help me to get the issue resolved.
