Add & Remove features

I posted this thread in the Cm2012 forum, as I thought it could have been an issue there:

But its deiniftely an Office OCT issue....

Basically I've created an MSP via the OCT with All Features installed.

Created another MSP where I went into OCT and set Access as Not installed. Run this msiexec /p Access_removal.msp /qn and access is removed.

Created another MSP where I went into OCT and set Access as run from my computer and it sets it as [F]. Run this msiexec /p Access_install.msp /qn and Access is reinstalled.

However, the Access_Removal.msp only works once!? It will no longer remove Access - I presume because its set as [F]orced....

What next?
