oyodomo virus removal tool?

I recently downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials, after having used AVG paid subcription for several years, and not renewing it now.  I apparently have the oyodomo virus, because when I open a new tab, another tab opens as well with oyodomo.com/  etc.,

etc. in the address bar.

 

Does anyone know if Microsoft has a removal tool for this virus, or a safe website to remove it?  Thanks.
