Change/Quarantine/Remove [Allowed Items]

I opened my History in MSSE and noted the following entry.

 

I do NOT remember 'allowing' it.

 

So what do I do to delete or remove the file.

 

The History does not show the location of the file or it's name.

 

The 'type' is listed as such:   HackTool:Win32/Keygen

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

 

ps Unfortunately I run a batch file that clears EVERY log file  known to man before shutting down.

So browsing logs is not an option.
