Win 7: Same updates for the past 7 days on shut down

Since the 21st the same updates have been installed on shut down. I have run the trouble shooter and nothing seems to be the problem. The following link is a screenshot of the "View Update History" of the continuous update and also from the last successful

I am at a loss of what to do. What I have googled its been the problems that the updates haven't been installing but by the history these have been..

 

Any assistance with this would be greatly appriciated.
