Access SQL Server 2005 Express in ASP

I;'ve just upgraded to Vista 64bit and installed SQL Express. BUT I can't

connect to SQL in an ASP page. if i do an odbc connection its fine.can anyone

tell me what i'm doing wrong. i got it to a point 5 minutes ago, where it got

past the connection but errored on creating a recordset.

 

Is it vista, sql or something else? any help will be appreciated.
