I close sometimes the Photofiltre Studo 9. Isn't flash.ocx file only

StudioHU.pas Pascal file. The next error the display : Missing flash.ocx

file. And the next window:Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player

 

The program you were trying to install or use requires the latest version of

Adobe Flash Player.
