Update problem

Hi, I am running XP 64bit on a dual AMD prcessor machine.

I have tried many times but the following 2 updates will not install and

they are marked as critical. Any ideas please?

1)

Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 6.0 and Microsoft XML Core

Services 6.0 Service Pack 1 (KB933579)

2) Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0: x64 (KB928416)
