Alternate commands in windows 2000

I am not able to find the windows 2000 alternate for the following commands.

Please help its really URGENT.

 

tasklist

taskkill

 

If possible kindly mention the source from where i can get all dos command

People usually use tlist.exe and kill.exe. Both can be downloaded

from the Microsoft Windows Resource Kit.
