Event ID: 51

I'm getting the event ID: 51 error that's filling up my event log

(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830051) From this

article it says i have to call Microsoft to get the hot fix. Can't i just

download it from somewhere? If possible, someone please send me the link.

If your had the same issue, did the hotfix work?

You'll need to make the call in order to get the free hotfix.
