can I install win2003 64bit on Intel Xeon 5100 (and mssql2005 64bit)

I have HP DL360 G5 with intel xeon 5100.

Can I install windows 2003 64bit and MSSQL 2005 64 bit on it?

Yes. Drivers are provided by HP on the SmartStart CD. Be sure to download

the latest version from HP before you start.
