waupi.dll is missing

When I was running Dial-a-Fix, I received a Microwoft message that file

waupi.dll is missing and that I need to insert my SP2 disk in my pc or to

locate the file so that it can be reinstalled (not verbatim).

I did a search and found two waupi.dll's. One is in Windows/System 32.

Another one that showed up in the search was supposed to be in Windows/WOW64,

but I looked through every folder and turned on show hidden and system files

and protection operating files and it still wasn't there.

I rebooted my computer, looked for it again, and waupi.dll didn't show up

under a search.

I tried again and now I get a message that says "browse. Copy files from:

c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386. I followed the path but waupi.dll isn't

located in the i386 folder..

How/where can I give my pc a new waupi.dll file?
