Perfmon shows inncorrect data

I am having Windows Server 2000 SP4 machine with .NET Framework 1.1

installed. When i observe performance counter "ASP.NET Applications",

"ASP.NET", "ASP.NET App v1.1.4322" and "ASP.NET v1.1.4322" shows same data.

Please can anybody explain me what is this behaviour?
