Error 1639 - Invalid command line argument

In the process of trying to install acctg software (Peachtree) I have

encounterred a fatal error that won't let me proceed. It's error 1639 -

Invalid command line argument. The message further states to consult windows

Installer SDK for deailed command line help.

 

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
