NIC/Ethernet cards on W2K3 EE R2 64 bit

I have 2 NIC/Ethernet cards & a 1394 adapter. I can see only 1 card & the

1394 adapter. Why is that? How can I see the other card? Do I need any driver?

In general you need a driver. When you say you can only see one of the

cards, is that in Device Manager? What specific card are you talking about?

You need to be specific so we can help.

As far as I understood, this machine has a Vitesse 8601 chipset that includes

an NIC plus another Realtek Ethernet card. W2K3 can see (My Network Places ->

LAN or High-Speed Internet) only the Realtek Ethernet but not the other one.

What can I do to resolve it? Thanks.
