Does this release solve the SidebySide errors in the registry?

It is one of those unique days in the year when we can walk outside with no

Lol, you really know how to rub it in........ -7c here this morning,rain on

the weekend. This is very unstable weather here.

 

The latest release does not solve the SXS errors pertaining to the

registry.The conflicts seem to be between the 32 & 64 versions loading

sideXside.

 

Taken from my event viewer:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files

(x86)\Nero\Nero8\Nero Toolkit\DiscSpeed.exe".Error in manifest or policy

file "" on line . A component version required by the application conflicts

with another component version already active. Conflicting components are:.

Component 1:

C:\Windows\WinSxS\manifests\amd64_Microsoft.windows.common-controls_6595b64144ccf1df_6.0.6001.17052_none_1533457ef3b90594.manifest.

Component 2:

C:\Windows\WinSxS\manifests\x86_Microsoft.windows.common-controls_6595b64144ccf1df_6.0.6001.17052_none_5ce07c5608352e9a.manifest.

 

I only find the error for discspeed.exe,photoSnap.exe-PhotoSnapViewer.exe I

will check event viewer log tonight to see if other errors show up

pertaining to Nero
