How to know the Client for Microsoft network is binded to NIC?

Does anyboby knows how to obtain the following status programmatically ?

 

-Is the "Client for Microsoft Network" binded to "local area connection" ?

-Is the status of Checkbox checked or un-checked ?

-Can execute the code via vbs(5.6)?
