How do I allow Non-Administrators to change network configuration

Hi guys,

 

Does anyone know how to permit Non-Administrators to change network

configuration on Windows 2000?

 

I'd like to give end users (a member of Users group) minimum permissions.

 

Regarding as Windows XP or later, we have only to add users into "Network

Configuration Operators" group. But we cannot do that on Windows 2000.

 

Any comments would be much appreciated
