Framework installation

[Guest confused cc]

I can't get Framework (any version) to install - I've downloaded it directly

- installation fails. When trying to install it through TurboTax, I get a

25015 error - file being used by another process, when the only thing I'm

trying to do is install turbotax. Any help out there?

-- Thank you for your answer, but I have been on the phone for about 4 hours

with the turbo tax support - I've tried to install net frame independently of

turbo tax and get the same error statement. The problem is not with turbo

tax, but with the microsoft frame product. Turbo tax installs just fine,

just won't run without net.frame installed.

Then I would suggest you visit one of the dotnet.framework

forums.

 

Perhaps microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.setup would be a

good place to start.

 

This forum is geared toward the 64-bit operating systems
