CPU usage intermittent 25%.. HELP

Hi,

 

I don't know exactly if this is the right newsgroup but here it goes:

 

I'm having a problem in one of my servers, the system process is using 25%

of the CPU every 20-30 seconds.

I'm using the process explorer tool provided by Microsof, is showing that

usage in red color, meaning that the CPU usage is in kernel mode. Is this

normal?? Why is this happening?

I was researching in the internet, lots of hours in google, but I couldn't

find anything.

 

I will really appreciate your help.
