removing IPC$ share Win 2k3

Hello,

 

I have bat file in Windows 2000 that allows me to remove the IPC$ share when

the computer is bootted. Now in 2003 that can't be used. It gives me

following

 

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>net share IPC$ /delete

System error 5 has occurred.

 

Access is denied.

 

How can I delete IPC$ share from Win 2k3?

Is it safe to have there. I remember that with win 2k a person could access

it without much trouble.
