Displaying Asian languages.

I simply, just want to display them.

 

 

So, I have a Windows 2000 Professional. Is there a way to install East Asian

Languages without the CD?

 

Will it be okay if I download the Global IMEs meant for Windows Me, Windows

98, Windows 95, or Windows NT 4.0 and not running Office XP?
