November DirectX Redist released

MSFT has released its DirectX End-User Runtimes for November 2007 (release

date is yesterday).

Not an imperative update but doesn't hurt to install it either.

Useful if you are a gamer and run into a game that didn't include the

updated DX files it needs.

Applies to XP x64 as well as Vista x64.
