Guest Sid Elbow Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 I have a keyboard macro program that I have running in the background. Unfortunately, it has some hotkeys that clash with a cad program that I use. Usually (when I remember), I shut down the keyboard program before running the cad but since the cad program is started from a .bat file I wondered whether there was a way to terminate the keyboard program from within that .bat file.
Guest John John Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Re: Terminate running program from .bat file? You can use the Kill command from the Resource Kit or Sysinternals' PSKill, look for it on the Microsoft site.
