Guest Lee MacMillan Posted February 28, 2008 Posted February 28, 2008 Just had to do a repair install due to a hardware failure. Now I get a message at the end of the Windows 2000 start up that says "Please set registry key HKLM/software/microsoft/NETFramework/installRoot to point to ..NET Framework install location." I don't have NET Framework installed (that I know of). I don't see this key in the registry either. I am up to date on updates (SP4, etc.) How do I get rid of this?
