Guest Kurt F Posted March 15, 2008 Posted March 15, 2008 After having run the program Advanced WindowsCare V2 Pro, I lost the Double Click function on the mouse. I can´t get it back again, despite going to the Control Panel -> Mouse and toggled the setting for the wheel to "Enter" and then back to "DoubleClick". Can anybody please give me a clue what´s going on? It can´t be the mouse, as I have two computers connected with a KVM switch, and the mouse works on the other computer.
Guest Dave Patrick Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 Re: Lost DoubleClick on the wheel on a Wheel Mouse Try removing the software. Try removing the KVM. Try reinstalling the device drivers. Try a Safe Mode boot. -- Regards, Dave Patrick ....Please no email replies - reply in newsgroup. Guest Kurt F Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 Re: Lost DoubleClick on the wheel on a Wheel Mouse I uninstalled the mouse and reinstalled the mouse, and it worked! It´s so easy to forget how to do things you do once every five year. Thank you for the reminder. Kurt F "Dave Patrick" wrote: > Try removing the software. Try removing the KVM.
