I am not currently in Vista, but can you open your 'Help and

Support'? If so, click on it to open 'Help and support' and

then is there a 'Support' option on the top row of the

windows? If so, click on that and then 'Get Help from

Microsoft' and it'll take you to the Microsoft.com web site.

personally I gave up on windows media player a long time ago.

now use VLC instead.

very reliable, works with 32/64 xp and vista.
