Out of Memory error.

When I start my Norton anti virus, or any of my Video games a Vista error

appears and says that I need to close my programs to conserve memory, yet I

have 400GB of memory left and 2GB of RAM, an 8800GTX Ultra and a dual core

CPU at 3.00GHZ or so. I never had this problem before it only appeard after I

installed Windows VIsta Service Pack 1. my Operating System is Windows Vista

Ultimate 64bit. Please help, thank you.
