Popup comment during dragging files

Yesterday I restored an earlier registry using ERNDT, from 4 days ago. Have

done this before, never had a problem.

 

But since yesterday, it seems to have caused a minor problem. Had this

problem a long ago in W98 but forgot the solution.

 

In Copy or Move, etc, as the file is dragged to a new location, a balloon

legend with the file name pops up.

 

In Folder Options, I unchecked show path, etc.

 

How to kill the legend comment?
