Pictures are not displayed on web in IE

Hello to all,

 

Win2000 SP4. Here's my issue:

 

Web browsers (IE & Mozilla) can't display pictures on the web, followed all

suggestions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283807/en. but still no luck.

 

Using ISASERVER 2004 but I haven't change any settings there, tried browsing

without proxy (direct connection) but to no avail (still the same issue).

 

I would really appreciate your help and advice since i have 5-10 PC's with

this problem.
