I have xp pro already installed on my pc, and I am trying to put on the IME

for Japanese but it is asking for my cd rom for xp which I don't have. Is

there any way of loading up the Japanese IME when one does not have the CD

for windows xp. Dell does not give you the cd roms. It is really frustrating

because all the other languages are there except the 3 east asian ones,

Japanese, Korean , and Chinese. Thanks

When I worked there, Dell would ship a CD/DVD if you firmly requested it.

Explain the situation, and inform them you need one.

It's a good item to have.
