my cmd.exe -run at win2000 server (en)- does not print some chars belongs

to my local characterset (Turkish). But when i try it in the other text

input windows or notepad.exe , i see the correct character on the screen.

i need copy a file to another place but becouse of the the length of name

,i cant... so i tried xxcopy program but i cant copy the file if file path

contains 'ş','ı','ğ' which i cant see them on command window.
