Ram problem

I booted it once it says i have 3gb of ram then i reboot it says i have 4gb

and now it says i have 3gb? any help thanks

Im suppose to have 4.. I ran the ram memtest... it said nothing was wrong

What is the "it" you booted? What operating system are you using? (This is
