Reading Windows 2003 Memory dump files

We have a windows 2003 64 bit server with SP2. The server keeps on crashing

occassionally with the blue screen of death. It creates a Kernel memory

dump in the windows directory. I have the dumpchk.exe file downloaded and

try to run it to read the memory.dmp file but keep on getting the following

error:

 

Could not initialize dump file - MEMORY.DMP

 

I have copied the dumpchk in the windows directory.

 

Is there anything else I can do, or how do you correctly read memory dump

files.
