slow network detection issue

On Windows 2000 computers, the dectect slow network for user profiles is not

working correctly. The gpresult is showing the policy is being applied. It

works for Windows XP. The issue is isolated to any 2000 workstation. The

threshold is 1 ms and 555555 kbs. Not really sure what else to try. I did

some research online and found one article from microsoft that wasn't

helpful. Anyone else have any ideas?
