I recently reinstalled Windows XP becuase I was getting errors everytime I

tried to install or update software. The error code I was receiving was the

1719 error code. I am now getting the error code again on my fresh install of

Windows XP x64. I have tried reregistering the msi files but I am still

receiving errors when I try to install ssoftware or update it. Do you have

any other solutions?

Thanks
