I just got an iPad 9th gen. Can’t figure out how to get 18.q dev preview in it. Developer mode doesn’t show up I. I can’t find the option to turn in Outlook notifications, only those of Gmail. I’ll probably have to change my default mail app to Outlook, which I don’t want to. Anyone know of any app where you can have multiple stop watches going or maybe timekeeping for multiple projects. I am always working on my side hustles and I want to easily track how much time I spend on each a week/month/year etc. Something where I can have custom labels and easy multiple push buttons where when I get home from my full time job I just click a button and get to working on something else for a bit and track the time. I think my Google is broken and I’m having trouble finding the answer. I have an iPad that has way too many photos. I have an iPhone and windows computer with iCloud. I have a folder for photos on my computer and thumbnails but every photo I click on downloads quickly. I could use a cable to connect phone to computer but I have optimized photos turned on so I’m afraid I’m not going to get/transfer/save the original high quality. So, I am having to reinstall macOS Ventura via OCLP as I had not realized that would be necessary when changing the GPU. My question is, I have macOS on a separate SSD and two hard disk drives in a RAID 1 configuration, AKA mirrored. Will macOS recognize the two RAID HDD for what they are after I reinstall macOS Ventura, or will I have to reestablish the RAID configuration afterward? Thanks to some very helpful and generous people on this forum I managed to successfully install OCLP Monterey on my 3,1 on a hd. I just got a ssd and went through a long and trying re-install of OCLP Monterey onto the ssd, and then when you get your ONE chance to copy your data from your old system at the end of the install I chose time machine which did theoretically successfully transfer my time machine bu of my Monterey hd onto the ssd. I just reinstalled macOS Ventura via OCLP due to a graphics card change. Everything went well until I restored my Time Machine backup from the same machine via an external hard drive. I got the message that the Time Machine restoration was completed and that the computer was going to restart, but now it just loads to boot picker and the white Apple loading screen, gets about half way through the progress bar and reboots over and over and over. I've been trying to reinstall 10.14.6 on a secondary drive as a backup, and it keeps failing with a big log file. I thought I had used two different installers in case that was the issue, but it still happens. Would someone be willing to take a look at this? It's happened now on two different SSDs (SATA). I've been using Windows for most of my life but thought I'd take the plunge and try windows as i am running Windows on Bootcamp, and I'm into 'all things apple, phone, ipad, watch etc' and thought I'd try and learn Mac OS on Sonoma with a Mac Mini but thought I'd try the mail etc in Mac but alas I have to say it's not the same as Outlook. I'm sure many have been bought up on Mac Architecture so you're used to it.. So what is your reason for using Windows on Mac? I am looking to buy a display for my MBP (16” M3 Max) to build my setup, and looked into the Studio display as my first choice. The pricing is insane! Like it costs 1499 to get a 16GB M3 iMac with the Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard included, while it costs 1599 for the Studio display. How does that make sense? It’s the same panel. The size difference is not significant, only 3 inches to a mediocre size of 27”. With the main difference that with the iMac you also get a very good computer with all the peripherals. It’s not even miniLED or OLED or with a high refresh rate! Give me all the hate you want, I am not hating on apple here, but this doesn’t make sense to me. …

So i am in trouble, pls help. I bought a used mac and after updating it now it asks for Mac’s password (i suppose that’s the previous owner) im so lost and dont know what to do please help me. Contacting the owner is impossible, and last time I bought from the guy the mac and did the same thing, he told me to press a certain code to open it (i forgot the code !!!!!) do you guys know what code that is?? Hey everyone. So I was previously using my M2 Pro MacBook with three 27-inch Lenovo monitors using a USB-C docking station from the company "Hyper". I replaced one of the Lenovo monitors with a recently gifted 34-inch Alienware AW3420DW monitor. The monitor constantly goes into power-saving mode while connected to the docking station. I've turned off the power-saving feature in the monitor settings, but it turns on again when connected through the docking station. Also, the other monitors are not recognized by the Macbook while the Alienware monitor is connected to the docking station. Does anyone know how I can use my Alienware monitor with an additional L…
