Hi guys, I have a Macbook Pro 15 2017, iPhone 13 Pro and Watch Series 5. The problem is that while my macbook is turned on, there is no sound or vibration of new iMassage on my iPhone not even on my apple Watch. Title says it all, it usually stutters in the opening animation of a app, closing animation and in a few particular apps, my iPad Mini 2019 didnt stutter on iPadOS 14.8, it started stuttering the day i upgraded to 14, for the iPhone 13, i bought it with 15.3 about 3 weeks ago, and on that day i updated it to iOS 15.4.1, scrolling through the home page of the reddit and twitter app is horribly stuttery with autoplay on for videos and GIFs, i have a 50 Mbps connection, there is also a bit of... I have 2 phones, iPhone 12 and 7 Plus, both with the same iCloud and App store logged in account. iPhone 7 Plus: OBC (Optimized battery charging) turned on, significant locations off (so OBC probably won't work) iPhone 12: OBC turned on, everything turned on in privacy When I charge both phones overnight, the iPhone 7 Plus shows that it is scheduled to fully charge at (time) even though significant locations are turned on. I recently got the new iPhone SE and when on calls, voices sound deep, fuzzy and muffled. A slight echo too. I had the same problem with the 12 mini, which is one of the reasons I returned it within a couple of weeks. Since both newer phones have this problem, I’m not sure if this is a coincidence and both phones are faulty or if Apple are using cheaper speakers (or some other part) in their new phones. A friend of mine has an Apple 27" Cinema Display kicking around unused. I'm going to go check it out, and if it's the A1316 model, not the Thunderbolt model, I might buy it off him. However, I've read there are some difficulties getting these things to work. A1407 is out of the question as it requires Thunderbolt. But the A1316 uses Mini DisplayPort. I've had a disaster. I'm upgrading a Mac Pro 4,1. It's been flashed to 5,1, and the EFI has been updated to 144.0.0.0.0. The gpu is an RX570. It is happy to run Mojave. I've bought a dual cpu tray to upgrade from single. Before I updated the EFI to 144.0, I put the new (to me) dual tray in the machine and it booted. I then started to upgrade the chips to 5680's. I am using OpenCore 0.8.0 with Monterey 12.3.1 on my cMP5,1. I have had unlock with Apple Watch enabled in Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur and Monterey but am having issues with it no longer fully working in Monterey. Is it better to buy my RAM all at once in a kit from the same vendor, type and date? or can I buy RAM sticks individually even if they are the same brand/type, but just a different date. Say I bought 24 GB of RAM a couple of years ago, same brand type, and vendor, and want to add a little more, say 8 GB now to make it 32 GB, and get the same brand type and vendor, but just now as a later date, is this ok? am I better off buying a whole new kit? I have just replaced the original graphics GPU from my 5,1 mac pro, It had a meltdown, and replacing the graphics card seems to have restored it for now, but do I need to keep the old graphics card? I think it had died, I was getting blank screens, and then tried to boot to a colored striped screen before installing the new card. Has anyone gotten universal control to work on a Mac Pro 6,1? I've tried open core legacy patcher to enable the option, however, the system is really unstable and keeps trying to reboot itself. Hey guys. I got a Mac Pro 2013 I’m upgrading to 12 cores 64 Gb and a Razer Core X eGPU enclosure. Now I’m looking at either a RX 6800 XT (which would make it impossible to use on my 12 cores Mac Pro 2012 with Thunderbolt) or a second hand Radeon Vega 64. I use the Sleep/Wake Up alarm function in iOS. Every so often, I'll wake up on my own, an hour or so after my alarm was set, and iPhone will show on the screen like the alarm is alarming and I have a choice to snooze but there is no sound. The volume is up. If I hit snooze it will alarm 9 minutes later. Why am I not hearing this? Is this a bug? Am I just sleeping through it and the sound/vibrations stop after a few minutes? I might be getting some speakers for my mac pro, the challenge is, it only has two USB 2.0 ports, and I use those, and I have some ports on my monitor, but those are in use too. I read the paper material that came with my new GPU, the AMD radeon RX 460, and it said that I would need OS 10.14 to be able to have native sound from my monitor. This has me a little concerned as I use Adobe CS6 and as of now, it looks like it is best I stay with 10.13, the last modern OS to be stable with CS6, which is what I will do to be sure my CS6 works. Have 3 triple monitor setup with LG 4k 144hz monitors all connected using DP. On both the Windows 10/11 (Boot Camp) using Nvidia RTX3090 and Mac OS 12.2.1 using 6900XT, whenever I try to wake from sleep, it's hit or miss. Sometimes the screen boots up, sometimes it never wakes up so I have to force-restart my Mac Pro. The drivers are up to date. I use OEM cables also. Hey everyone, I’ve got a CMP 5,1 with an RX580 that has no boot screen. I installed Refindplus and Opencore using MyBootMgr which is supposed to give you a boot screen again. I have Mojave and Windows 10 that both run fine but I need to guess how to get into them and it’s a major pain, plus I don’t know exactly what I’m booting into (OC, Refindplus, etc.) Any idea why it’s like this?
