Hey, does anyone have these? I’d like to mount some HDDs up top in my system and can’t justify the Sonnet cage. I’ve seen people talk about 3D printing a mount. Does anyone have these files or a link to some that I can use please? I can send them to a printer to get made. Thanks Source: MacRumors

Anyone using the new Magic Mouse with a Mac Pro 6,1 on Monterey? Any way to make the multi-touch gestures working? So I wanted to make a little experiment... I have a 32 inch 4K monitor as my main display. When it's the only one I use (at the actual 4K resolution so no scaling involved) the idle temperature fluctuates between 50ºC and 55ºC, sometimes even going below 50... This might be more of an iCloud question but so far it’s only on the iPhone. I was deleting attachments from messages earlier and some entire messages, and my phone randomly deleted my entire message history with a contact. I hadn’t been deleting anything from this contact’s messages, which is why it’s so weird. It also removed them from the Pinned section in the message inbox, temporarily then restored them. Hello, I have a problem for which I can't find a solution. I shoot my YouTube videos with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. They last about twenty minutes, and I'd like to shoot them in cinematic mode with background blur. Problem? iphone 15 pro max, ios18.2: there are no alarms in clock app, so why do i get a wake up alarm at 6am. Repeat there are zero alarms in clock app. I deleted them all. I just used the move to iOS app to transfer from android to iPhone. Everything seems fine except for in the messaging app. When I look at the list of my messages it will show the recipient name and then my phone number. For example if I’m sending a message to my Mum, the message shows to Mum and 1 more which then lists my phone number. Any idea how to fix this ? Continue reading...

I just upgraded my M1 Pro macbook 14 to the m4 pro with the 1 tb hd and slightly faster chip (not the max but the step up pro). My M1 Pro was still working fine but I could start to feel the hesitation in it. For my purposes it worked. I soldered it back into place, no power, I tried again, ni power. I can't find any alternative to boot this thing. I just got a new MacBook Air. I noticed when selecting the wallpapers that some of the wallpapers have a little play button- sorta like the YouTube symbol- and they take forever to download. I’m trying to use Screen Time to set up an allowlist of websites for my kids to use. I’d like Safari locked down pretty strongly, but I don’t mind if some of their other applications, like Steam or Battle.net, make whatever requests they need to. A friend has a MacBook Air installed with OS X Mountain Lion that does not connect to internet but that is due to the outdated certificates in it from what I read. I googled Bulut did not get a straight answer on going directly to Sierra. I will make a bootable installer but can I install sierra directly? My mom just gave me one of those portable monitor extenders to use with my M3 Pro MBP but upon installing the driver and actually using the monitors, my mouse cursor disappears whenever I drag it onto one of those monitors. I know it still works because I can bring up the app dock by dragging my finger down on the trackpad and I can click on things in the top of the screen by dragging my mouse to the top and clicking.
