hi all, I'm planning to buy a mac mini m4 (base model), with the power button being positioned at the bottom I've watched many reviewers says that you should not even turn off your mac mini and just leave it to sleep and some even says turning off your mac is unsafe (why tho?) but I'm a guy who leaves the house with no electricity running on my workspace, currently I always turn off my windows desktop when I'm not using it, so my question is is turning off the mac mini frequently (every time I'm not using it) safe? kinda feel dumb asking this but is it true that it's not safe and you should leave it at sleep submitted by /u/syahrizalfauzi [link] [comments]

New-ish to Mac, interested in seeing new programs or customizing this new machine to be interesting and exciting. I love writing, design, and am really interested in pursuing voice recording (interviews, podcast more than something musical). I’m hoping to, maybe, “modernize” a little and rediscover some creative energy. Also, if there are any additional equipment suggestions that y’all think would be useful or just generally fun, that would be appreciated too. To add aliases, navigate to the Mail settings in the iCloud section of the settings app. Advanced note: Your Apple Account itself, with purchases and files and so on, remains the same even if you change the address a million times.
