I’ve done a quick Google and everything relates to ios18.2 which I don’t have. I’m still on 18.1 on an iPhone 13pro. At native resolution (more space) it shows up but drops out every 20 seconds at 120hz. I use an owc thunderbolt 3 dock, DP connected to the dock. All worked fine on my M1 Pro. Hi. My laptop has suddenly decided to no longer connect to any internet network. I live in student halls and use that network as my main one, I woke up one morning to my Mac telling me it was an 'unauthorised' network. I then tried connecting to my mobile hotspot, it connected but with no internet. Since then I've tried others and have had no luck. I had an almost identical situation with my PC, which was resolved by plugging a wifi receiver into it at all times - I refuse to believe that a relatively new macbook needs a usb wifi dongle in it all the time. any ideas? thanksss submitted by /u/vitalitruvia [link] [comments]

Med student here. I've had a Mac Mini M1 for a few years now and I wanted to change it because I need a laptop for college + sometimes I like to study outside. It isn't the end of the world if I unlock these workflows but it will be much better and easier for my studies if I do. The reason I need an M3 is because I have a dual monitor set up at home and M1 / M2 doesn't work with them unless you buy the pros and that is serious overkill for me. 2 questions here Do you think it is a good idea to change to an M3 or should I stick to my M1? I'm thinking about buying a Mac Mini M4 Base. I don't actually need it as I currently have a Macbook Air M1 Base and a Windows gaming PC (R7 5800x, 6700xt). I'm currently in the last few months of my studies and I'm only writing my final thesis. I use the Macbook Air the least at the moment as I work almost exclusively from home.
