  2. I have to agree.I would wait till the final release of FF. Most issues with FF,are the Add- On's,which are not tested by Mozilla. Use which ever Browser that suits your requirements.:)
  3. Hi Cliff60. A good read here in another thread,re FireFox4 Beta. Of course FF would be faster,if your AV Flags Chrome.:p I have FF as well, and Chrome kicks FF's Butt, for speed.:) http://extremetechsupport.com/forum/web-browsers/10286-firefox-4-beta.html

  5. Hi BunniLeigh. That's normal to have that amount, after running Disc Cleanup. Absolutely nothing to be concerned about.:)
  6. Hi key_man10. I use Chrome as my default Browser, and what I do often is select the Wrench/Spanner,far right, click on Tools, then clear Browsing Data. Uncheck saved Password box,if it isn't already. Very fast Browser, when I clear the Browsing Data. See if it works for you.:)
  7. I agree with what your saying,RandyL. Having owned Shops myself,I was guilty of like practices. The "temp out of stock" sign was there simply because I chose to order an inferior brand,I could make the largest profit margin on. I knew the chances of someone walking out empty handed were slim, and they would buy another brand, not as good.
  8. Hi Elite Ian.Another point to remember,if you have Windows7 installed, and then install XP,your Boot Manager will longer work.Earliest then latest OS, is the correct install sequence.:)

  13. Hi bondas25 There are so many suggested causes for your issue. I think in this case it's a matter of Googling and trying each one. nero error could not perform end of Disc-at-once - Google Search Myself,I would install a free burning program, and see if the same issues occur. I use IMGBURN Free. The Official ImgBurn Website This works fine with my Windows7 Ultimate Computer.

  16. Hi Bondas25. Only if your comfortable editing the Registry,I would uninstall the Drivers for the DVD/CD ROM in Device Manager. Then remove the Upper and Lower Filters in the Registry. Follow each step carefully and set a restore point first. I have seen this fix work before. "Upper/Lower Filters: a. Click on Start --> Run --> and type in 'regedt32' followed by the enter key b. Expand the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" key (looks like a folder) by double clicking it (or clicking the "+" next to it.) c. Expand the "SYSTEM" Key d. Expand the "CurrentControlSet" Key e. Expand the "Control" Key f. Expand the "Class" Key g. Look for a key containing the following string of letter and numbers: {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} h. Highlight this key by left clicking once on it i. On the right hand side you are looking for "UpperFilters" and "LowerFilters" under the "Name" column, once you find these delete them by right clicking on them and choosing "delete" j. Exit the registry by clicking on the "X" in the top right hand corner of the screen. Now reboot your computer.
  17. Hi.Jonny5isalive. You can download the manual from here. http://www.devicemanuals.com/guide/Multifunctional/Canon/Canon-Multifunction-Injet-PIXMA-MP510-User-Guide-TkRBNU1qQT.html
  18. Hi Mokles. This is a very common problem with laptops, and there is a good chance it could be easily fixed, if you clean the heat sink. Overtime the heat sink gets clogged with lint and dust. It ruins normal air flow inside the heat sink and the heat stops dissipating. As a result the CPU overheats and the laptop shuts down.Probably choked up with dust, fan as well. If you can't do this, then a Computer Shop is the best bet.
  19. Hi gingerwilliam.Welcome to FPCH.:) The part you need to replace is called a PowerJack. Not expensive.
  20. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Bob. Hope you have a great Day.:)
  21. Hi Sarah. This picture manager is very unusual,as it copies every image you view on the net. We have to disable it. First open Picture Manager, select tools and uncheck every File association Box. I haven't the program, but must have OK or Apply or similar, at the bottom. Then read this from Microsoft, and set all like files, to open with another Viewer you have. Like windows Picture and Fax viewer, for example. Link. How to change or select which program starts when you double-click a file in Windows XP Hope this Helps.
