  1. I would be testing the Card, in another working Computer. Chances are, the second hand Card, could be faulty.
  2. Hi br8nd4n.Welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help. Any clues in device manager? Did you uninstall the old Drivers,or try and install over the old Drivers? The light (Blue) on the Monitor.Does it come on at all?
  3. No way, Paul. It's not my effort.Wish I was clever enough. I found it on the Net a couple of years ago,and saved it in my Pictures. Maybe one day,Frank could write a Tutorial, how this is achieved.:)

  6. Hi Bob.I bought a Capax Vista Pad. I haven't had it long enough to comment as yet. Was advised never to buy a cheap one. Waycom supposed to be the best, however my computer shop was out of stock. Supposed to be superior for detailed work like in Photoshop, where it's a pain to keep the mouse steady. I paid $169 AUD and converting to English pounds is around 100 pounds. http://i51.tinypic.com/oat1md.jpg
  7. Thanks,Paul. I am game showing a first effort at OOB. I bought a top of the line Graphics Tablet, to make everything easier with Photoshop. Any do's and Don'ts with them,I wonder? Tricks.? Thanks.:)
  8. Hi Frank.I got lost with the shadows. I need more practice. What would be handy is a Shortcut Key List,so all who are interested can print it out. Just a thought.:)

  11. Hi Frank. In section 16 what is the best way to keep a straight line around the frame? I am using a mouse and not a tablet. Also on my effort the white frame is slighly visable through the Swans neck.Only just. What adjustments should I make? Great Tutorial to follow. Thanks.:)
  12. A pool header issue is a problem with Windows memory allocation. Device driver issues are most common.
  13. I have seen some of your work,Wellies. You are very good at what you do. When I see excellent images like these,2 questions always come to mind. What program and how is it achieved.:) I have watched soooo many hours of tutorials, however most tutorials are geared for the advanced, not the beginner.
  14. Hi Frank. I have Photoshop cs5 extended and would love a tutorial on the steps involved to achieve that effect. Maybe we could have a thread devoted to photo editing tutorials, including links to tutorials, which work. So many of us have photoshop, and it's a pretty steep learning curve. Appreciate your offer,Frank.
  15. Happy Birthday Seedy21. Hope you had a great Day.:)
  16. No wonder you are proud of that Photograph. I can't even come close to anything like that. I like the way the Flower shows through the Bee's wing. Well done.:)
  17. Thanks for the reply. I have Photoshop CS5 extended and finding it a handful to comprehend. Be easier to fly a Jet Plane, than learn this monster,at my age. Thats why I asked,as you may have been using an easier program.:)
  18. Nice Panorama. Wondering what program you used,as it stitches the photos together so well.:)
  19. Wouldn't setting the Boot order in the Bios be easier? Not disputing, just asking.:)
  20. I would wait for the Malware Experts to advise you further. There has been a nasty Virus around since May, that attacks the OS similar to issues, your having.
  21. Try Safe Mode and see if it makes any difference.
  22. Download and install Malwarebytes free first, and run a full scan. It's possible this could be malware related. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes
